Thanksgiving story time!
Sure...it's out of season, but Leslie forgot the pictures.
[She told me to apologize profusely for her.]

So, I went to Leslie's for Thanksgiving. It was really cool, but as soon as we got there, I lost track of Davenport, so a lot of it was spent looking for him. Sort of.
No pictures were taken during Thanksgiving, but I got a hold of the leftovers!

Tasty goodness! King of the leftovers!
I also got to talk to Leslie's Grandma Cherry.
Actually she is her Great Grandma. She's really cool.

She likes Elvis. He gave her this. Isn't cool?

While I was searching, I got Mr. Don to help me. We checked out the garage and Mr. Don showed me his motorcycle. I didn't get to go on a ride, but next time he said.

Oh! Then he showed me some of his hunting stuff. Shame the elves couldn't teach him anything about blending in.

Back to the search. On the way back through the kitchen I met the beast. She isn't warg, or even part warg, Leslie assures me. Gracie (the not-warg) even found my arm...

The search led us into the living room where I helped Miss Marla win her game.

Gracie found a scent!

And then Davenport!

Turns out he was at a local hangout...
Something I forgot to mention until now and Leslie failed to mention to me at all was the bears.

Lots of bears...

Still...it was lots of fun.

And did I mention the leftovers?

Karla went on a cookie baking rampage, and I helped!
We made a total of 5 different kinds of cookies. I don't know how many passed through our hands, but I don't care to see another cookie for a while.
We forgot to buy some brandy. Had to run to the store.

The endless mixing.

And rolling.

Quality check. Good.

This cookie is broken. And should be mine.

Needed a rest.

There was an issue with this dough. Though it did eventually yeild 17 delicious looking cookies, we still aren't going to talk about it.

With the sprinkling of powdered sugar comes hope that the end is near.

Making frosting for the Italian meatball cookies.

I stand guard on all I have created!

While climbing the Christmas tree, Davenport fell...

... right into a cup of tea.

It was hilarious.

O Christmas tree...

Have a holly jolly Christmas...
Cruisin' down the highway
Headed for adventure...
