Day 1:

Arrived at the Foriegn Missions Club this morning. That's me in the purple box. On the radiator. The HOT radiator. The package next to mine has chocolate in it. You do the math. But after being out in the London chill, the warm radiator was a welcomed treat.

Then there is Bre and Karla (in the library) just before they shredded open my dark box to find I'd smashed the pink beepy thing to bits and ate Karla's "taste of America". And I was wrapped all nice and snug in my cloth thingy when Karla made a gasping, squeaking noise and shook me quite violently. Ah well. Set free of the box that has held me captive! And set free in London!

Time for an adventure.

Luckily I was set free a few minutes before class... so I ate some of Karla's leftover stew from the night before. It may be beef. It may be lamb. Probably beef. But you never know.

I've also made some new friends - Maria, Bre, Jeff and Amy.
Chillin' in the FMC library. Good times, good times.

Time for class! Luckily for me, today we were going to the National Gallery for class, and not to the LICC.
So instead of just riding the Victoria line from H&I to Oxford Circus, we switched trains and jumped on the Bakerloo line. This is me waiting patiently for the next train (standing next to Jeff) which came as the picture was being taken.

As much fun as the Tube may be, it wasn't my favorite place. Little people don't fair well in those giant gaps. Mind the gap. Mind the gap. Mind the gap.

More in part 2, as I can not upload any more pictures.
